Garden House Sutivan is located in the center of Sutivan, just 200m from the pebble beach and 400m from the centre of the town, on the beautiful island of Brač. Newly renovated house has 140m2 and can accommodate 8 guests. Property is located on 800m2 land plot with spacious mediterranean garden with olive trees, lemon, and fig tree you can enjoy in the season. There is a traditional barbecue next to the entrance where you can prepare delicious fish or meat for your family and friends. The ground floor is dominated by a spacious open plan living and dining room with fireplace for colder nights and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. From the living area you can access the spacious terrace with direct sea view where you can enjoy dining, relaxing and sunbathing on lounge chairs with complete privacy.
On the same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms with king size beds and balcony sea view access, attached bathrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Balcony offers more stunning sea views. From the garden you can enter in a private room bellow the living area with table soccer table and darts, and an additional bathroom.
