Amazing brand new house…

Amazing brand new house on the coast of the beautiful island Brac. Modern and functional design in neutral colors, with a very quality materials and furniture. Perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need for the best vacation! Big garden and two terrace. Situation of the house is also perfect, so close to the beach, actually not one, you have few stunning beaches around. Park, playground, outdoor gym, shops - everything is very close, you need to walk less then 5 minutes. And the important part for me - wonderful owners, who are very care about their guests and will make your stay the most comfortable. High recommendation! Best vacation we had!

A large spacious house at your own disposal. New air-conditioners in each bedroom. 3 bathrooms with showers + one toilet with a washing machine. Table football + darts. Very well equipped kitchen. To the sea 3 minutes walk, 5 minutes to the shop, restaurant. Great view from the terrace. I recommend it with a clear conscience. I sincerely recommend. 10 out of 10 without hesitation.

Garden House in Sutivan is perfect place for your summer holiday. It is located in Sutivan a peaceful place on the Island of Brac. Brac is full of interesting places to visit and to enjoy tasteful meals while Sutivan organizes additional events. Ferryboat ride is short (50 minutes) and if you visit during the peak season, additional ferry line will instantly be added to the existing ones in case of need. If you travel by plane you can land on Brac directly or in Split in which case you can take taxi directly to the house, or take fast boat from center of Split (20 minute ride) which takes you in the center of Sutivan. The fast boat is also a perfect way for a one day visit to Split, a city with rich and colorful history. House is 3 minutes away from the closest pebble beach and 5 minutes away from the center of Sutivan. Outdoor and indoor gym, together with football field, and children’s playground is just by the beach. House has astonishing sea view with town of Split sticking out at night. The place is comfortable with four bed rooms, three bathrooms, living room with kitchen and one gaming room with an additional toilet. But the best place is spacy terrace in front of the house which is shaded almost during the whole day, while the sun shines on it in the morning and afternoon. So, if you are thinking about Dalmatia for your summer holidays or maybe for long renting off season options, considering the climate during the entire year, I highly recommend Garden House in Sutivan.
